Cousins sharing cake
Since I have two November babies and life is so crazy, especially around the holidays, we decided to celebrate Hanna and Blake together with family and best friends this year. We kept it small and simple and had a great time. Blake wanted nothing to do with the "Happy Birthday" song. He cried the whole time...a picture is worth a thousand words!
Hanna of course totally enjoyed herself and can't wait until her "real birthday" to celebrate again!
Happy 1st Birthday Blake!
Happy 1st Birthday Blake!!!
WOW! Blake's 1st year flew by! I think this was the fastest year ever.
I can't believe my little man is one. He continues to be a sweet loving little man but still is an early riser. I can't complain too much about his sleeping patterns because he does finally sleep through the night but his latest thing is waking up between 4:45- 5:30 am. No one should wake up for the day this early :)
He makes us laugh all the time and I love his funny little personality. He is starting to talk more and now says about 8 words...mama, dada, fish, this, that, sis, cat, and backpack. Backpack is super random, I know, but if you ask him to say it he does. One of Hanna's first words was temperature....even more random! He is very independent when he wants to be but also loves to be held! There truly is a difference between boys and girls...Blake loves to be roughed up and tossed around and is climbing on everything. He got his first fat lip from falling and I am sure there will be plenty more diggers. As the saying goes, He is ALL boy!
One year stats:
Length: 30 1/2 inches (80%)
Weight: 20 lbs 10 ounces (25%)
Head: 49 (90%)

Annual Ritter Pumpkin Carving
Year after year my wonderful mother in law hosts the annual pumpkin carving night. She makes chili, decorates her garage so festive, has a pinata, and make lasting memories. This is a holiday tradition I so look forward to every year. Thank you Grandma Spike for hosting another wonderful, unforgettable Halloween!

Girl time
Life with 3 definitely doesn't get boring but it does make it hard to find time to spend alone with the girls. My girls really are best friends which makes it so nice to have girl time. Even though they really do need individual time with me having a baby makes that a little hard.
Tonight after I put Blake to sleep the girls and I walked up to the carnival at the Elementary School in our track. I love these two beauties more than they will ever know! We had so much fun!
Blake 11 months
I love this picture of his crazy fuzz head :) His hair just cracks me up!
This sweet face really does melt me!
