My Sweet 2 year old...Hanna

I can't believe it has been two years since my little Hanna was born...
My Dear Sweet Hanna,
You are such a sweet little girl and just light up any room you walk into. Everyone always says how beautiful you are, especially your blonde blonde hair. You are so full of life and make me laugh many times every single day. You are always making people laugh and I love that about you. I am so incredibly blessed to be your mommy. At two years old you are so smart, a master of the iphone, and can speak full on sentances. You have this cute high-pitched little voice and man do you use it ALL day long!!! Between you and your sister I am surprised mommy ever gets a word in :) I love the fact that you are so independent but still love to cuddle with me. I love it when you wake up in the morning yelling for your sister and if she doesn't answer you yell, in a cute way, even louder for me. I love your crazy hair. I love that your favorite person is your sister Hailee. You follow her around all day and do everything she does, which is probably why you're so smart! I love your sweet kisses, your hugs and when you say out of nowhere "mommy I love you so much." You melt my heart, even when you walk around with that stinky mimi hangng out of your mouth :). I promise I will try to always make you feel safe and loved and to be the best mommy to you. Thank you for making my life complete and for being such a kind, gentle, and loving little girl.
Mommy loves you more than the stars in the sky...

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Birthday Hanna- Part Two

Such a beautiful face :)

Happy Birthday Hanna- Part One

Hanna's Birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year so we celebrated not only the holiday but her birthday twice in one day :) Grandma Spike and Auntie Nellie brought birthday donuts and presents in the morning. It was so cute to see her blow out her candles. She was so excited!!!

Hanna's 2nd Birthday Party

This year we did a monkey theme for Hanna's 2nd Birthday at My Gym. It was such an awesome place to have a birthday party. We had 16 kids under 5 years old and I didn't have to do a thing :) (except for food and goodie bags). It was such a fun party and the kids had an absolute blast!!!
Thank you everyone who made Hanna's birthday so special. We are truly blessed with wonderful friends and family!!!

Go Ladybugs

Hailee had a great soccer year. She absolutely loved her coach and all her teammates. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable first year playing soccer.

So very blessed...

Happy Halloween

It is always interesting as the kids get older and want to pick out there Halloween costumes and what they come up with. I decided to dress Hanna up as a ladybug. My sister in law Kara did the same with Kaylee, so the girls were adorable in there matching costumes. Hailee a few weeks back said she wanted to be a ballerina kitty cat. Never in a million years did I think that there actually was a costume like that. I googled it and sure enough... but needless to say she made the cutest Kitty Cat Ballerina ever!!!
This is our second year doing the Halloween parade around our neighborhood. It is a very safe and fun thing for the kids to do. After trick or treating neighbors, friends, and family came back to our house for a Halloween party. We had a blast but I definitely don't recommend hosting a party with a broken foot. Thank you to my wonderful husband for helping set up and clean up the HUGE mess the next day. Josh you are the best and I love you!!!!

Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest

For the past couple of years Mama Jan has hosted the family pumpkin carving contest. This is another family tradition that I look forward to every year. Although my pumpkin only got one vote (from my sweet Hailee) I had a great time. Thank you Jan for hosting such a fun evening year after year!!!
